    I felt slow. I know I'm eating enough, but I'm getting skinny. My chest is all but gone and my pants aren't filled out :( and I feel fatigued during most workouts....which, I think, is why I love just doing strength, lots of rest time. I don't know...maybe it's mental and I need to get the heck outta China. 6 days.
