  1. I really hate that I had to go "safe" on the weight b/c I can't drop it, nor do I have enough room to meander all over the place if I'm not steady.

  3. Peanut- 11:06 (471#, missed 2 snatches during WOD) did the weights i intended to hit after the WOD and matched my old PR. Happy with my time, but not my overall load. Shouldn't have missed those snatches!

    Jack- 21:27 (1,520#, no misses)

    1. I feel like I may have done this one wrong b/c my time is, like, abnormally lower than everybody else'. And I realize this sounds extremely arrogant, but I know I'm not THAT good so it makes me question myself.

  4. You did fine Em, we just ascended our weight almost every set. That takes a bunch of time and as the weight got heavy everyones set up time got greater.
