    7 toes-to-bar
    10 jump squats
    5RFT = 11:32

    50ft = 15.24m
    1 of my lunges = .95m
    20 lunges should've covered 50ft

    I don't have a box in the gym so I did jump squats instead.

    Also, during my first set of toes-to-bar I almost pulled down the entire squat rack. So, I had to move over to a different pull-up bar, grab a DB to step on just to reach it...all while the clock was running. Oh well.
